Cut off time for order received is 10 am local time. Order received after 10 am will be delivering on the next day. Our shipping charge is $6 nationwide.

Incorrect address might cause delay of the delivery. It is very important to provide correct address (House# street name Brgy name) and contact number of the recipient. Item will not be ship if the address is not complete.

Some balloons may not be the same as the picture. If there will be no available stock with same look, we will give ones that with almost same feature and size. We will replace it without any notification.

Balloon is strictly Metro Manila delivery. If you include balloons in your provincial delivery, we will replace with other item with same amount.
